DANCE AS U GO offers dance lessons and Fitsteps classes for adults from absolute beginners to more advance levels and the good thing is you do not need a partner.
If you like Strictly you are going to love Fitsteps. Learn anything from Salsa to Cha Cha Cha, Waltz, American Smooth and Jive amongst many dances. Learn basic routines to advanced combinations, using your favourite music from the 30's to 2026. Fitsteps FAB ( for all bodies) is the perfect way to exercise while having fun.
Classes are held at Bethersden Village Hall every Thursday at 12.15

PILATES on Tuesdays at 2.15. Pilates is a mind body exercise method focusing on core strength, posture, flexibility and body awareness. Improving strength, balance and wellbeing. BETHERSDEN GARDENERS SOCIETY.
It is believed that the Gardeners' Society is one of the oldest in the country and currently has a healthy membership - although new members are most welcome. We put on 3 main shows each year - Spring, Summer and Autumn, together with other events including a ploughman's lunch, garden related talks, plant swop and supper evening. Annually there is two car share outings and one longer day trip to a major garden.
